Job Description
- Oversee all Rooms Division operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Laundry, Reservations, and Concierge, managing large teams across departments
- Drive flawless execution of service in line with ultra-luxury hospitality standards (Forbes and 5-star excellence standards)
- Lead, develop, and empower department heads and teams, ensuring high performance, discipline, and engagement (100+)
- Deliver exceptional, personalized guest experiences while maintaining operational efficiency at scale
- Collaborate closely with Revenue, Sales, and F&B to optimize performance and guest satisfaction
- Act as a senior leader on the Executive Committee and representative of the hotel's standards and culture
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in a senior Rooms Division leadership role within a luxury or palace hotel (essential)
- Demonstrated ability to manage large teams in complex, high-volume luxury environments
- Strong leadership presence: decisive, structured, and naturally authoritative , with the ability to inspire respect
- Deep understanding of international luxury service standards and guest expectations
- Fluency in English required; German and/or French strongly preferred
