This is you

• University qualification (or equivalent) in computer-science or in a related discipline
• Knowledge of robotics and a solid mathematical  background (trajectory planning, vibration compensation, implement FEM models in code)
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to interface at all professional levels and functions: holistic, analytic thinking, empathic
• At least 8 years of professional experience in state-of-the-art software development
• 3-5 years of leadership of highly qualified people
• Transformational leadership style
• Like to work in a dynamic and ambitious, international environment, appreciating different cultures
• Adequate authority: able of providing clear direction to your software team members
• Experience in modern C++
• Continuous learning mindset and willingness to take ownership
• Fluent English skills; preferably German as well
• Enthusiasm for technologies
