In this role the Student Faculty Development will provide support for projects related to faculty development and research in medical education under the direction and guidance from the education research manager. The Student Faculty Development will contribute to data collection and analysis on various projects with the goal to evaluate educational interventions and to understand the impact of medical education.
– Conduct literature reviews and synthesize findings
– Record, classify, and summarize research data according to established procedures
– Apply established research methodology
– Carry out statistical analyses
– Conduct structured participant interviews and focus groups
– Contribute to the preparation of data for reports, journal articles, papers, etc
– Bachelor's degree in a relevant social sciences or health sciences discipline
– Excellent written and oral communication skills to contributing to research related reports and manuscripts
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– High attention to detail and ability to problem-solve
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
– Experience in programmatic evaluation
– Experience in writing survey questionnaires
