Senior Software Test Architect (f/m/d)

• Leading and mentoring professionals by providing guidance, training and expertise in software test automation, testing concepts and processes
• Expand a team of test automation engineers in an international environment
• Selecting and introducing technologies to enhance the efficiency of our test automation infrastructure to provide quick feedback about the quality of a wide range of embedded software written in C++, C# and Python
• Technical leadership and strategic guidance on test automation related matters to scrum teams and software architects to ensure that software designs are testable and aligned with quality objectives
• Working closely with development teams and product management to facilitate fast resolution of complex defects and root cause analysis
• Playing a key role in shaping the testing approach, ensuring optimal and continuous test coverage

• More than five years of practical experience as a test automation engineer or software engineer in test, with a passion to offer technical leadership and strategic guidance in testing to software development, DevOps and test automation teams
• Expert in test automation (system-, GUI-, integration tests) and testing embedded software
• Having an understanding of CI-Systems as GitHub Actions, TeamCity or Jenkins.
• Demonstrated track record of programming in Python and C# with experience in C++ being an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in German and English with a proven ability to communicate and negotiate effectively in an international and distributed work environment.
