- Main responsibility of the position is managing the complete project portfolio of the Reality Capture Division (Sensors and Software Solutions)
- Responsible to steer the complete project portfolio for a distributed R&D organization with sites in Switzerland, Italy, France, Poland and US. This includes to conduct milestone meetings, periodic project status meetings and the cost- and progress tracking meetings
- Ensure proper and successful project execution (Innovation-, Life-Cycle- and Technology-Projects)
- Leading the master planning process (mid- to long-term project portfolio planning and budgeting)
- Process optimization and integration of project management and agile methods within the global innovation process with focus on product development
- Leading a local team of project managers and scrum masters
- Coaching and mentoring of project managers and scrum masters at all locations

- You are experienced in leading large innovation projects in the tech-field, specifically in software solution and sensor development
- You bring excellent leadership competence
- Proficiency in project management and agile methods
- Experience in high quality, industrial product development, both in SW and HW
