In this role, you will be required to
Manage all aspects of the fellowship program
- Daily management of the fellowship, including serve as the primary point of contact for fellows throughout their fellowship experience, providing guidance and support
- Application process for the fellowship program, including facilitating the placement process and monitoring the budget
- Management of the host center application
Community Development Support
- 2nd level customer support for Member management
- Administer Customer tickets relevant for members, faculty and fellows and other future programs
AO Access
- Support and coordinate the AO Access Mentorship Program independently in coordination with the Senior Program Manager Diversity, Inclusion and Mentorship
- Be responsible for the set-up and all aspects related to Totara (the AO's learning management system) for all AO Access related eLearning programs
- Organizing and setting up in Fonteva (Event System) online and face to face meetings related to AO Access including participation and taking minutes
To master this challenge, you have
- BSc or Higher Education "Fachausweis" in relevant field (Information Technology, Management or Business)
- Good communication skills
- Excellent in English written and spoken
- Excellent project coordination skills with accurate and reliable, proactive, structured and detail-oriented way of working
- Strong service and people orientation
- The ability to work both independently and in a team
