Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Owner to join our dynamic and international team and take ownership of our IoT platform. Our IoT platform includes the embedded connectivity module of our medical devices, as well as an edge gateway to connect mechanical ventilators to hospital information systems and our different cloud platforms. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our IoT platform, ensuring its success in the market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, marketing, and sales, to deliver a world-class IoT platform that meets the needs of our users.

Define the product vision and strategy for the IoT platform, based on market research, user feedback, and business objectives.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather user requirements and translate them into clear user stories, epics, and product backlog items.

Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it aligns with the overall product roadmap and business goals.

Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features and enhancements.

Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential gaps in the IoT platform.

Engage with users and gather feedback to continuously improve the platform's usability, functionality, and overall user experience.

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the IoT platform.
Qualifications:

Degree in Computer Science or Engineering with solid experience in software engineering

Proven track record (> 5 years) in leading and managing software development projects and, or software development teams

Prior experience in developing IoT-Platforms and/or embedded connectivity software (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi) is preferred

Solid experience with agile development methods (Scrum, Kanban) and continuous delivery

Prior experience with Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) and relevant standards (IEC 62304 and IEC 82304) is beneficial

Strong strategic, analytical, and technical skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear and actionable user stories.

Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills

Excellent English language skills

Willingness to travel up to 10%
