Job Description:
In this versatile and interesting position, you manage a respiratory care device. You are part of an interdisciplinary team, building the interface between our customers and different internal stakeholders (e.g. marketing, sales, product development, innovation research, regulatory affairs, service etc.). You analyze user needs and market trends and steer and prioritize the necessary measures to adapt your global product solutions accordingly. You elaborate the individual customer- and product requirements in regards to functionalities, value propositions, quality and market price. You monitor and analyze the customer satisfaction and the competitive environment. You make strategic data driven decisions to ensure the continuous market- and customer success with your product solutions.
Qualifications:
In order to qualify for this position you have completed studies, ideally in biomedical engineering, business administration and management, respiratory care or a related field. You have relevant professional experience especially in the field of product management, marketing or sales of medical devices. Ideally, you have additional knowledge in mechanical ventilation and/or intensive care, regulatory requirements for medical devices (MDR, harmonized standards, etc.), technical documentation and usability engineering.
You are result oriented and characterized by strategic and entrepreneurial thinking. The ability to work in a team, willingness to take on initiative and a high motivation to improve and promote the medical devices of your responsibility are essential skills. You welcome challenges and like to use modern tools for interacting with different stakeholders.
Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills in English language is expected; whereas German is an advantage. Competent handling of Microsoft Office Suite applications is a must and ideally you have experience with platforms such as Jira, Confluence and Power-Bi. The position requires 20 to 30% of travel time (internationally).
