YOUR CHALLENGES:
- Supporting VAT sales & service organization with regards to all technical & commercial & operational aspects of vulcanized products
- Developing service product & customer strategies based on market and competitive intelligence
- Deriving business plans from the growth strategy and directing market introduction plans
- Identifying customer technical roadmaps and drive corresponding product development
- Monitoring the market to address evolving needs and trends, and defend VAT's market position
- Managing sales and profitability targets for the dedicated product family
YOUR COMPETENCES:
- Bachelor/Master's degree in sciences / engineering or equivalent education, preferably chemical engineering
- Additional degree in economics and / or marketing or successful record of accomplishment in a commercial position
- Background or experience in material sciences, preferably within the elastomer & polymer field
- Experience in product management within a high tech international environment, preferably in the vacuum industry or
critical component B2B business - Fluent business English skills in written and spoken
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and know-how to further build our customer's trust and loyalty
- Ability to provide fact-driven solutions and to translate the market requirements into growth strategies with related execution plans
- Strong interpersonal, time management, analytical and communication skills
- Willingness to travel internationally (20-30%)
