Wir suchen derzeit einen Leiter Mechanik, welcher für sämtliche mechanischen Aspekte unserer Anlagen und Maschinen verantwortlich ist. Mit Ihrem Team und in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Leiter Elektrotechnik verfolgen Sie das Ziel, den einwandfreien Betrieb unserer Anlagen sicherzustellen und weiterzuentwickeln.
We have been successfully running a midsized brewery in Monrovia, Liberia, for more than 60 years. Our focus is on supplying the domestic market.
We are currently seeking a Head of Mechanical Team who is entirely responsible for all mechanical equipment of our plant and machinery. With his team and in collaboration with the Head of Electrical Team, he has the common goal to ensure flawless functioning and continuous improvement of our factory.

Sie bieten:
- Ausbildung zum Mechaniker, Polymechaniker o. ä. mit Meisterprüfung
- Fachkenntnisse in der Mechanik und der Instandstellung von Industrie- und Getränkeanlagen
- Projekterfahrung, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, analytische Fähigkeiten
- Führungserfahrung und Führungskompetenz
- Gute Computer-, insbesondere MS Office-Kenntnisse
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit einem ERP-System oder CMMS Software
- Hohe Sozial- und Kommunikationskompetenz
- Hohe Selbstständigkeit und Belastbarkeit
- Flexibilität, Anpassungsfähigkeit, Einsatzfreude und Teamgeist
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

You offer:
- Apprenticeship as mechanic, polymechanic or similar with master craftsman's certificate
- Technical knowledge in mechanics and maintenance of industrial and beverage equipment
- Project experience, well-structured working attitude, analytical skills
- Management experience and leadership ability
- Good computer knowledge, especially MS Office
- Working experience in the use of an ERP system or CMMS software
- High level of social and communication skills
- High degree of independence and ability to work under pressure
- Mental flexibility and adaptability, strong work ethics and team spirit
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
