- Provide 1st and 2nd level support to address user inquiries and technical issues promptly and effectively
- Handle tasks in the ServiceNow ticketing system
- Manage the employee onboarding and offboarding process
- Troubleshoot and resolve general Microsoft Windows issues on company computers
- Maintain and support audio/video systems in meeting rooms and mobile TVs
- Oversee the functionality printers, and office infrastructure
- Oversee Network Attached Storage (NAS) and implement backup solutions
- Involvement in setting up and maintaining server rooms
- Administer network and firewall configurations and infrastructure
- Participate in in-house meetings, events, and projects that require new or temporary setups and network services
- Lead monthly alignment meetings with teams' representatives
- Install and configure desktops PCs, laptops, smartphones, and mobile devices with appropriate software applications according to Global IT standards and IT guidelines
- Organize hardware repairs and manage new hardware installations
- Support in the ordering of new hardware
- Maintain documentation related to IT processes, hardware, and software configurations
This is you
- Several years of experience in 1st and 2nd level support
- A strong team player willing to help others
- Completed apprenticeship or studies in the field of computer science
- Good proficiency in Microsoft 365 app suite, SharePoint Online & Teams
- Good knowledge in Windows operating system (Linux & MacOS knowledge is an advantage)
- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills and strong attention to detail
- You have experience with Active Directory / Azure cloud solutions
- You know the basics of network and server infrastructure
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work in a global team
- Languages: English (German is an advantage)
