.. you are responsible for the trade spend planning & budgeting ensuring that trade spend accruals are built properly during month-end close in the system,
.. you are Business partnering to the marketing function and ensuring all Advertising & Promotion spends and forecasting is accurate,
.. you are summarising and reporting full P&L results to the Executive team as well as providing insightful analysis vs budgets,
.. you are supporting in the monthly commercial reporting pack and presenting results to senior stakeholders within the business
.. you are improving and implementing best practice SOX controls including working with internal audit to ensure compliance,
.. you are leading the management of the capex approval and budgeting process,
.. you are working with multiple stakeholders including our central hub, Nomad group as well as the local board level,
.. you are the first point of contact for accounting related inquiries between the commercial team and SSC,
.. you are managing relationship with internal and external auditors and facilitate the completion of reviews, reports and audits.

.. you have a University degree in Finance / Accounting and/or an Accounting Diploma (min. Fachausweis),
.. you have a proven track record of min. 5 years post qualified Finance experience
.. you have knowledge of Swiss Code of Obligation and local statutory reporting
.. you are proficient in Microsoft Excel
.. you have excellent writing and verbal communication skills in German and English,
.. you have experience in Commercial management accounting ideally within FMCG
.. you are used to work in a matrix organization and have strong documentation skills (is a plus)
.. you have knowledge of SAP ERP transaction knowledge and the Swiss payroll system (is a plus)
.. you have experience in Finance integration (is a plus)
.. you are familiar with IFRS and/or US-GAAP (is a plus)
.. you work independently with hands on mentality and a problem solving approach
.. you are highly numerate and analytical, with good attention to detail
.. you are able to work collaboratively with peers and deliver through cross functional teams
.. you are well known for being organised, have strong prioritization skills and delivery to tight timescales
.. you are a self‐motivated individual with a problem solving mind‐set to challenge the business and provide accuracy
