Your main tasks:
<ul><li>Collaborate on development projects with a scrum framework, ensuring the optimal level of serviceability for new products (hardware and software) </li><li> Create service manuals and other relevant documentation</li><li> Collaborate on the design of the training concept </li><li> Create a service concept, including installation and maintenance procedures, tests, special tools, etc.</li><li> Contribute during the design of functional specifications</li><li> Define service user requirements</li><li> Participate in the continuous improvement of our products during their entire lifecycle </li><li> Update service documentation and spare parts</li><li> Raise change requests for quality relevant issues</li><li> Monitor warranty requests to identify possible quality issues</li></ul>
Your profile:
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent, preferably in electronics or similar</li><li> Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support for electronic instruments, ideally in chemical analysis, laboratory automation, or medical devices </li><li> Strong conceptual and analytical skills</li><li> Great communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills </li><li> Fluency in English (written and spoken, proficiency level) and good understanding of German, as well as expertise using common MS Office products and project management tools</li></ul>
