Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and manage business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and develop customer strategies
- Account plans, forecasts, and customer reviews
- Build strong relationships at all levels within customer organizations
- Support existing and new customers with technical advice and sales negotiations
- Collaborate with internal teams to align product roadmaps and support customer needs
- Stay informed on market trends and competitive analysis
Required profile:
Your Profile:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience in B2B/NetCom account management, preferably in electronics or security
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking, personal responsibility and very strong customer focus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tool like Salesforce
