Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and manage business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and develop customer strategies
  • Account plans, forecasts, and customer reviews
  • Build strong relationships at all levels within customer organizations
  • Support existing and new customers with technical advice and sales negotiations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align product roadmaps and support customer needs
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitive analysis

Required profile:

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proven experience in B2B/NetCom account management, preferably in electronics or security
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, personal responsibility and very strong customer focus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tool like Salesforce
